Hepburn Fashion is a women's shapewear specialist built around design, manufacturing and selling.
Three factories in China cover seamless knitting, cutting, bonding, sewing and finishing. Hepburn Fashion Limited handles contracting, export documentation and international payments from Hong Kong SAR, while a US entity provides domestic contracting for North American clients.
Hepburn also operates its own shapewear brands on Amazon and TikTok Shop in the United States, Mexico and Europe, bringing customer reviews, returns, size-run performance and advertising economics into product development.

Choose from 12 photographed catalogue styles, review a physical sample, then discuss colour, compression, fabric, construction, sizes, labels and packaging. Availability and customisation are confirmed per style.
Product engineering from the client's direction.
Begin with a sketch, photograph, reference sample, mood board or tech pack. The team handles construction engineering, pattern making, grading, fit correction, material sourcing, a full tech pack and an approved pre-production sample.

Together they cover seamless knitting, cutting, bonding, sewing, moulding, finishing and packing.
CN-01 / Seamless knitting. Circular seamless knitting, boarding and setting, dyeing coordination, finishing and packing.
CN-02 / Cut and sew. Automated cutting, flatlock and overlock sewing, boning and channelling, hook and zip assembly, and final quality control.
CN-03 / Bonding and moulding. Ultrasonic welding, adhesive bonding, laser cutting, cup moulding and silicone application.
Quality control covers incoming materials, first-piece approval, in-line checks, size-by-size measurement and packing and labelling audits. Third-party inspection is welcome.
09 / Craftsmanship and materials
Engineered fabrics for shaping performance.
Construction capabilities include compression zoning, panel architecture, bonded or sewn edges, seamless knit programming, boning, channelling, silicone grip placement, gussets, closures, cups and support structures. Fit and wear testing covers roll-down, seam pressure, recovery and long-wear comfort across the size run.
